Bo C. Andreasson is a Swedish executive, mechanical engineer, and industrial inventor who seamlessly bridges high-level corporate strategy with hands-on mechanical R&D. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, where he began his career as a research engineer before going on to serve as CEO of Husqvarna AB and Executive Vice President and CTO of Husqvarna Group - establishing a formidable legacy across the global outdoor power equipment industry.
Throughout his career, Bo has played a leading role in the development of several landmark Husqvarna innovations, including the Automower robotic mowing platform, as well as TrioBrake, E-Tech, and X-Torq low-emission engine technologies. He also led the R&D organisation and flagship development programme behind Husqvarna’s solar-powered robotic mower, known as the Solar Mower. This pioneering innovation helped create an entirely new industry and laid the foundation for today’s autonomous lawn care.
As an inventor, Bo holds a broad portfolio of patents covering mechanical systems, trimmer head technology, engines, and other outdoor power equipment innovations. His work has contributed to technologies developed, manufactured, and commercialized for markets around the world.
Today, Bo is the founder and CEO of T&I Consulting AB, where he brings decades of engineering, R&D, and executive experience to developing practical solutions for real-world engineering challenges.
